      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;I want to install sudo on  Itanium 11.31 server.&lt;BR /&gt;When I try to install,It given following error.&lt;BR /&gt;ERROR:   Could not access remote file                                     ^│&lt;BR /&gt;│ │          "/opt/iexpress/sudo/newconfig/opt/iexpress/sudo/etc/sudoers"     ││&lt;BR /&gt;│ │          in software item           "Sudo.SUDO-CONF,r=A.11.00-1.6.9p16.002,a=HP-UX_B.11.31_IA/PA,v=H ││&lt;BR /&gt;│ │          due to an internal error on the remote system.                   ││&lt;BR /&gt;│ │ ERROR:   Failed installing fileset                                        ││&lt;BR /&gt;│ │          "Sudo.SUDO-CONF,r=A.11.00-1.6.9p16.002".  Check the above        ││&lt;BR /&gt;│ │          output for details.                                              ││&lt;BR /&gt;│ │ NOTE:    The Install Phase has suspended.       <description>check also the /etc/hosts for wrong/duplicate entry&lt;BR /&gt;and you can edit /etc/nsswitch.conf with first to use files then dns</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;Looks like Your are trying install from remote depot&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try running swinstall with option use_alternate_source=true&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;eg: #swinstall -x use_alternate_source=true -s &lt;DEPOT path=""&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Johnson&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DEPOT&gt;</description>
