Hi Raghu,

There is a disk /dev/dsk/c3t5d0 which is configured in a vg and is not accessible. check the /etc/lvmtab file "strings /etc/lvmtab" and see which is the vg this disk belongs. This disk may be faulty and you may have to replace the disk. also do a ioscan on the system and check if you are able to see the disk as claimed. Do a diskinfo on the disk "diskinfo /dev/rdsk/c3t5d0" and do a pvdisplay "pvdisplay -v /dev/dsk/c3t5d0". Are you able to get all this info. If not, then either the disk is missing or it is faulty.

hope this helps.

Regds
Looks like go got a DVD/CDROM into the vg.
May be a recent hardware upgrade was the culprit.

copy the /etc/lvmtab to /etc/lvmatb.old
#vgscan /dev/vg00
This will create a good lvmtab file.
