Glance errors with wrong OS

Glance has not been used on this machine in a while. OS is 11.0. Got this error when starting:
GlancePlus fatal error.

Can this be corrected?

Has the OS been upgraded from 10.X to 11.X since the last time glance was used? If so, then you will need to reinstall glance from one of your application CDs. You might want to swremove the glance version that is there before you install the new version.

That should take care of the problem.

Hi Mark,

Do a "swlist |grep Glance" . If the same returns Glance or glancepak for 10.20, you need to upgrade the glanceplus version from the 11.0 application CD. you may have to remove the old version. You can do so using "swremove"

Looks like an older version of Glance that was not updated when the OS was updated. You can remove the old version, call 800-538-1733 to get a new codeword and install the 11.00 version of the product. You can also get a codeword generated on the ITRC from
"Maintenance and Support"
"downloads/licensing"
"software licensing".
Just make sure that you have one of your application cd part numbers nearby.
