      <description>Looks like you need to supply a valid value for netmask in the network section of the installer.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Your netmask is incorrect. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ifconfig lan0 inet 10.3.90.98 netmask&lt;BR /&gt;10.3.90.1 up&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;looks like you are giving the GW of your network as your netmask.</description>

      <description>It's not clear to me - do you run now 11.23 or 11.31?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Was the installation successful?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Are you sure about your netmask (255.0.0.0)?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do you have more than 1 NIC?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Check with&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;# lanscan</description>

      <description>So what are you putting in for the netmask?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The error is telling you that it does NOT like your SUBNET MASK value.  Talk to your network team and get the CORRECT subnet mask value.</description>

      <description>You are running 11.31, but get the error on 11.23?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do you have 2 disks to boot from?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Anyway, check&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;/etc/rc.config.d/netconf&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;for the mask.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is it still 10.3.90.1?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This is not a mask!</description>
