Any luck with Samba 3.0.23a?

I had to upgrade my samba version for a Security issue on my HP-UX 11.11(Which is the latest compiled version on ftp.samba.org for Hp-UX.

So far for us, no luck with it.. We can't join our win2k3 domain, tells us the error NT_STATUS_WRONG_PASSWORD.

My box is fully patched.

So.. any of you guys had any luck with this version?

I've had much better success with HP compiled ports of Samba.

Search

CIFS/9000

Download client and server depot

use swinstall to install

No join problems at all.
