Hi

I had taken an ingite image from server model RP7400 and i want to restore the same on RP7420

Both the server are not identical except the processor (PARISC)

OS ver :HP UX 11i

can i do that ?

Hi,

I think you can go ahead and restore, then apply all new patches for hardware RP7420.

Yes you can go ahead do the restoration from the Ignite Tape.

Yes, itÂ´s possible. I made a lot of this, always ok. Before, update ignite for the last version, C.7.7.98, from:
