      <description>I am trying to boot my HP UX 11.11 server in different hard drive. I am fed with Ctrl+Ecf.       <description>gops,&lt;BR /&gt;   Not enough information. Start out with why your booting froma  different drive. Is the drive a mirror of another?</description>

      <description>During the early portion of the boot process, you should receive a message on your console device that says something like "you have 10 seconds to interrupt the auto-boot process by pressing any key".  All you have to do is "press any key" and you will be able to interact with the boot process to select another disk (provided the disk has something bootable on it).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Pete</description>

      <description>I have 3 hard drives when i try to restart i wish start the server in another harddrive. &lt;BR /&gt;No storage, no mirroer. Its a simple HPUX server RP5410 with 3 hard drives.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When i interrupt at that time am getting the below message.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;[Read only - use ^Ecf for console write access.]&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;gV</description>

      <description>OK, so do what it says.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Press &lt;CTRL&gt;-E&lt;BR /&gt;then c&lt;BR /&gt;then f&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This should allow you to interact with the console.&lt;/CTRL&gt;</description>

      <description>It works. But i didn't used your method. I was pressing the ctrl key for c and f also.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;we need press Ctrl+e then take your finger out of Ctrl and then press c,f imm.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This is how it works.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for you support.&lt;BR /&gt;gVee</description>
