      <description>You want the user to be able to read files but not write them?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;That would mean you would have to make sure that he isn't any group, that files allow group write.  And any files owned by that user couldn't have write permission.&lt;BR /&gt;The user would be allowed to write to /tmp and /var/tmp.</description>
