      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try to restart the ems monitor daemon. I read that there is a known issue of this kind of issue with old STM version and you may need to upgrade to sort out this.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Check for your version of EMS/STM using the swlist command, if you do not have the latest version, then make sure you install it on the system:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://h20392.www2.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do?productNumber=B6191AAE" target="_blank"&gt;http://h20392.www2.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do?productNumber=B6191AAE&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In this type of software having the latest version is the key to avoid issues.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Jaime.</description>
