Remote Printer not printing.

Hi,

My remote printer is shown as busy and I cannot print.
The printer worked for years connected via a Intel Netportexpress box.
I have deleted and readded the remote printer but is still shown as busy and I cannot print.

What can I do?

well, there is always the chance the NetPort Express has failed (it appears that it has to be at least 10 years old).

check it...and the printer itself..it could be having issues as well.

"device busy" is most likely coming from the remote equipment, not anything on the server end.

I purchased and installed a new netportexpress box and I'm still having the problems.
