How do I get Integrity VM SW (T2767AC).
Is it available with HP-UX 11i v3 Mission critical OE or v3 application dvd.

I think it is separate software pack and you need to purchase from hp separately

This no longer exists, it maps into DC-OE.
VM comes with Data Center OE and Virtual Server OE. Look at the "trade-in map" link on:
