    <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Nothing was changed recenterly we are getting this message quit long time.'&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Today I have removed one NO_HW path &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;my host(100):/home/avinasha&amp;gt;rmsf -H 0/0/14/1/0.119.55.239.1.2&lt;BR /&gt;rmsf: Specified hardware path has no devices&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;but still the error is coming.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks,&lt;BR /&gt;Aviansh</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;any body have any idea on below error&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have getting continous messages in demsg and syslog&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;0/0/14/1/0: Tachyon XL2 Unable to access previously accessed device at nport ID 0xce0039&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried to run fcmsutil replace_dsk command but it failed with below error &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;my host(242):/home/avinasha&amp;gt;fcmsutil /dev/td3 replace_dsk 0xce0039&lt;BR /&gt;ERROR:  The replace_dsk option is no longer supported.&lt;BR /&gt;Please use scsimgr "replace_wwid" or "replace_leg_dsf"&lt;BR /&gt;options instead. See scsimgr(1M) for details.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any idea it is U/R.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Shalom,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Does the system recognize its fiber attached storage?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would think the driver installation failed or is in a corrupt state.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;swverify \*&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The message seems to indicate that the storage is not accessible but I'd like to be sure before recommending swremove/swinstall any software.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As you told I run the swverify it completed with errors but  the errors are related to other softwares nothing related the fc card or any storage product.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;WARNING: "my host:/":  26 files had warnings during this operation.&lt;BR /&gt;ERROR:   "my host :/":  49 files had errors during this operation.&lt;BR /&gt;       * The analysis phase failed    for    "my host :/".&lt;BR /&gt;       * Verification had errors.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks,&lt;BR /&gt;Avinash</description>

      <description>Did you replace a fiber channel connected device recently?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The system knows there is a different device at the same nPort ID or the device is missing.</description>
