replace disk on PVG configuration

hi,

i need your help to replace a failed physical disk on a PVG configuration.my /etc/lvmpvg contains this lines
pvg0
/dev/dsk/c1t2d0
/dev/dsk/c4t8d0
pvg1
/dev/dsk/c2t2d0
/dev/dsk/c5t0d0
the failed disk is /dev/dsk/c5t0d0

vgdsiplay command output attached.what is the procedure to do the replacement.

Check if this disk is not a boot disk

- not listed as bootable in lvlnboot -v
- does not contain lvol 1 ... 3

and replace it like a "normal" data disk, see
