I have the following errors in my syslog. I have searched the docs and can not find these errors.
"Could not create a legacy GIO node"
"Could not link legacy node to new node"
"Could not claim legacy io node"

Check with command
ioscan -fnC disk that every disk is in claimed . if not check which lun has failed and why it failed.

Are the messages referred to an USB device?
