printing pdf-Files from HP-UX

Hi all,

I would like to print a pdf-File from my HP-UX box via commandline to a remote network printer. I tried using Ghostscript 8.62, but ... no success.

Anybody any suggestions how to use gs? Any other (better) idea?

As Acrobat for HP-UX is pretty old and is obviously not longer supportet by Adobe I would like to do it without Acrobat as a filter.

I was able to print pdf-Documents using pdf2ps as the potscript converter. But the quality is very poor.

Any ideas how to improve the quality?

long time ago, i used nroff and troff.

may be you can try these.

Script pdf2ps with appropriate commandline options fit our needs.
