I personally take issue with your "need" for it at all - you really should consider using a real shell - but, you can also get it here:

I install the depot-file from the link this morning and then I have the following problem: /usr/lib/hpux32/dld.so: Unable to find library 'libtermcap.so'.

hi,

you need to install the dependience.

Build-time dependencies:
gettext libiconv make termcap

Run-time dependencies:
gettext libiconv termcap
