      <description>Hello All ,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I had issue with print queue is not clearing.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I want to know is there any way to check the root cause of this ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am not getting any error in syslog and other logs also.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When I try lpstst command it's not giving any output and I have to break this command.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks in advance&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Titu</description>

      <description>&amp;gt; Print queue is not clearing !! &lt;BR /&gt;I assume by this you mean that print jobs stay in the queue and don't print.&lt;BR /&gt;Most of the time lpstat will hang waiting for a response from a network printer. It should time out eventually if you let it run. First ensure that you run the lpstat command for the specific printer such as "lpstat -o hung-queue". If it still hangs check the network side of the queue with ping, telnet etc, and then check the printer side (the printer itself) for any issues such as paper out, jams etc.</description>

      <description>Titu,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;your problem is not clear. Are the jobs submitted to this queue stay there and don't get printed, or they do not get there at all ? You need to give some examples or describe your problem better and more clearly.</description>
