    <description>I, on the other hand, feel that reinstalling would be the way to go.  The only reservation is that some "line in the sand" patches can make a mess of your system if re-installed, but you should be able to discern from the patch notes whether this is the case or not.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Pete</description>

      <description>Hello all ,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have installed one patch in my system PHCO_38918 but some of the fileset are corrupt.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please suggest should I reinstall this patch with this reinstall=true and autoreboot=false option.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Titu</description>

As for downloading again, this shouldn't matter.
