I would like to agree that it is quite unprofessional to act so.

On the other side i have all 3 versions on hand, so if you need one or all - let me know and i can provide them as download or by email.

The HP web page for EMS at https://h20392.www2.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do?productNumber=EventMonitoring displays the following message.

The EMS versions A.04.20.11.04, A.04.20.23.04, and A.04.20.31.04 have been removed from this site. Please expect the newer EMS versions for HP-UX 11i v1, v2, and v3 around mid-December

I understand the need for an update, but removing a tool before the new version is ready strikes me as unprofessional. Does anyone have an alternate download link? HP's Customer Support folks say all I can do is wait.

Andy Bustamante
This is indeed an in-appropriate and an un-professional change. I haven't seen such change done before on the software depot website and it make me wonder why would they do such change.

I don't understand as why HP support won't provide the products either on a request basis. If you have a support contract, then you may want to escalate the case to higher level of support or contact your HP ASE or HP Sales personnel.

I would also sent an email to emscore@hp.com

Stephan,

My organization will only allow software from "known sources." Thank you for the offer.

Andy

I downloaded this EMS update package but trying to install it states I need
EMS-Core.EMS-WRAPPER-COM dependency but I can't find it to download it. Anyone have this same issue?
