Hi

these acocunts have been created by the system/sw install. most of them don't need a login. This should be part of your hardening procedures.

Hi

they are system users and they need by the system to access resources , manipulate application. .

for example :
nobody is for ftp access for anonymous user

hpsmh is for system management home page manipulation.
