      <description>HP RP4440ï¼ &lt;BR /&gt;diskï¼ 73GBÃ 2ï¼ &lt;BR /&gt;LV mirrorï¼ /dev/vg00/lvol1.../dev/vg00/lvol8,/dev/vg00/lvbeaï¼ &lt;BR /&gt;2009-12-11ï¼ some weblogic's I/O process dead,kill -9 I/O "process" failed;&lt;BR /&gt;Vgdisplay ï¼ v:/dev/dsk/c3t0d unavailable;&lt;BR /&gt;/dev/vg00/lvol1~/dev/vg00/lvol8,/dev/vg00/lvbeastale; &lt;BR /&gt;mail report:Attachment;&lt;BR /&gt;lvreduce -m 0 /dev/vg00/lvol1~/dev/vg00/lvol8 /dev/dsk/c3t0d succeed;&lt;BR /&gt;lvreduce -m 0 /dev/vg00/lvbea /dev/dsk/c3t0d failed;&lt;BR /&gt;shutdown weblogic failed because can not kill dead process;&lt;BR /&gt;use "shutdown -ry 0",can not umount /bea;&lt;BR /&gt;use MP,Power off&lt;BR /&gt;restart OS&lt;BR /&gt;Vgdisplay ï¼ v:/dev/dsk/c3t0d available;&lt;BR /&gt;replace bad Disk;&lt;BR /&gt;create LV Morrir,/dev/vg00/lvol1~/dev/vg00/lvol8 succeed;&lt;BR /&gt;/dev/vg00/lvbea failed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;please why?</description>

      <description>Hi gromin,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Identitify bad disk:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;# for DEV in $(ls /dev/dsk/*)&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;gt; do&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;gt; lssf $DEV|grep E "0/1/1/0.1.0"&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;gt; done&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;sample output:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;sdisk card instance 0 SCSI target 1 SCSI LUN 0 section 0 at address 0/0/1/0.1.0 /dev/dsk/cxtydz &amp;lt;&amp;lt;--- Posible bad disk&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;regards,&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
