What are the steps to configure a kernel in HP-UX 11iv3?

Please see "HP-UX System Administrator's Guide: Configuration Management". Chapter 10 is titled "Configuring the kernel" and contains step-by-step instructions for each tool you can use to configure the kernel.

Like all standard HP-UX documentation, this book is available at http://docs.hp.com. Click on link "11i v3" in "Operating Environments" and then to sub-heading "System Administration" to find it.
