when I connect to the server I get the message of the image in the Annex
I try to enter with root and password do not have problems when I walk by putty
if any of you have Knowledge of this, please I would appreciate your response

This is an authentication error.

I think the first thing to do is to insure the user name and password being used are correct.

Next step would be to get root command line access on the system, identify the server logs and look for errors.

There is probably some kind of permissions or sofware configuration error, causing this.

To find the location of the log files, you will need to look at the documentation.

Hi,

In order to allow normal user to run VEA you will need to add those users in vrtsadm group either by editing /etc/group or by using usermod -G , i.e assign users with vrtsadm group as supplimentry group.
