mon prompt is not comming while toggleing between vpar's

Hi,
i am not very much skilled in vpar/npar but i have a doubt if you can advice me that would be good for me.
system is in running state.
i am in console and moving across vpar's in a npar i feel that,mon prompt is not comming while toggleing between vpar's with ctrl+a ,while in some cases i have seen that mon prompt is there along with vpar's.
could you please tell me what is the reason in these two configuratin.

If all CPUs are assigned, you cannot get the MON> prompt.

Why do you need it?

This is what the manual says:

"Toggling Past the vPars Monitor Prompt (A.03.xx only)

When the monarch CPU of the
server is not assigned to any partition, you will see the vPars Monitor prompt. Press Ctrl-A
to cycle to the console window of the next partition."

...

"A.04.xx and A.05.xx:

When any CPU is available, you will see the MON> prompt."

But you should do any management action from a running vPar.

if all CPUs are assigned , you will not get the MON prompt .

Correct.

I also faced this issue and atleast a CPU to be free for getting MON prompt
