      <description>false is a command that does nothing but returns exit code 1, you may be seeing this in the /etc/passwd file for users who are not allowed to login to server.</description>

      <description>/usr/bin/false is typically used as the default shell for users that are NOT allowed to log in via an interactive shell, but ARE allowed to login via FTP.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
