      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When i tried login through putty &amp;amp; entered credentials it gives the following error&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;login as: dr199514&lt;BR /&gt;Using keyboard-interactive authentication.&lt;BR /&gt;Password:&lt;BR /&gt;Server refused to allocate pty&lt;BR /&gt;ttytype: couldn't open /dev/tty for reading&lt;BR /&gt;                                           stty: : Not a typewriter&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Azaru</description>

      <description>ok fine,&lt;BR /&gt;please do a comparison for the below files with other server which is having same version.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;/var/adm/inetd.sec&lt;BR /&gt;/etc/inetd.conf&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;if you did not find any difference please run the below command and try to login.&lt;BR /&gt;#mv /etc/securitty /etc/securitty.old&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;PT.</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The issue has resolved.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Actual problem is Tivoli Client Agent was holding all the terminal bcos of which Server could not allocate new terminal.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After I stop and start the Tivoli agent. It allowed me to login.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for all who gave suggestions advises.</description>
