      <description>Hi all,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have done. Bonding on linux and IPMP on Solaris 10 However, Can some one please help me out how to do a Nic bonding. (Failover and Standby and Nic aggregation) in Hp-ux&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any Short white paper would be helpfull rather than a huge PDF. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thanks&lt;BR /&gt;ravi</description>

He also pointed you to the administrator guide for the software.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm not sure what else you could be looking for.</description>

      <description>Shalom ravi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;APA is the best route to network bonding. It actually provides the same functionality as is built into the Linux OS.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It is not free, it costs money to have this capability under HP-UX.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;APA enables full bonding, active-active teaming.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Serviceguard contains a network card standby feature that is like active-passive bonding.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;That is pretty much it. You buy APA, or you buy Serviceguard or you live without the feature.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Check your HP-UX OS support level, APA is free in the top two tiers of support for the HP-UX OS. Otherwise you have to buy it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>
