      <description>&amp;gt;I am unable to kill the apache processes.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What did you use?&lt;BR /&gt;/sbin/init.d/hpws_apache stop&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Or kill or kill -9 on those PIDs?</description>

      <description>I did try those but of no use. I did a reboot to get the issues resolved. (Which is not recommended thou.) Lucky that my app team gave a downtime.</description>
