icapmanage command failed.

i have installed same version of icap & wbem which is running on my other member servers
which having v3 0909

Did you check and reinstall all the WBEM providers?

i have reinstalled wbem services not provider

I have reolved the issue. below are the acction taken from our side.
Problem: Certification Errors
1. remove GiCAPcert.pem & GiCAPpkey.pem files from /etc/opt/iCAP path from client.
2. remove clientname.pem file from /etc/opt/iCAP path of BL1
3. Regenerate the GiCAP keys:
# cd /etc/opt/iCAP
# ./GiCAP_keygen
