      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;Im trying to add a network printer via smh and I get the error below:Kindly assist.Its a kyocera printer&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Enter the network printer name or IP address (q - quit): 192.168.8.36&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;     !! No response from 192.168.8.36 !!&lt;BR /&gt;   ... (trying to ping 192.168.8.36)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;     The HP JetDirect Printer Installer for Unix can ping the device.&lt;BR /&gt;     The problem may be:&lt;BR /&gt;         * incorrect GET community name!&lt;BR /&gt;         * it is not a network printer!&lt;BR /&gt;         * other.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Well, here is just another option - HP Jet Direct.  Old faithful actually works on HPUX 11i ver3 (yes even Itanium).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Had to build a couple 11iv3 IA-boxes recently an it was much quicker to just put all the known network printers in using this old utility.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Rgrds,&lt;BR /&gt;Rita&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
