We have a couple of HP-UX 11.23 servers which we have built using make_recovery tapes from servers called different names, and when we try and start kcweb we get the following error:

# kcweb
Syntax Error
Expected '<' but got '#'
Exiting.

Has anyone come accross this error before, how would I re-install kcweb in an attempt to fix this?
