If you have an account on HP's business support forums there is an rx6600 user service guide as well as install guide.
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Home.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=15351&prodSeriesId=3257036

I've attached a support matrix that may be of some help.

I have a couple of HP NC7170 dual nic cards, PCI-X, are they compatible with the RX6600 running HP_UX 11.31U. I would like to add them for a separate back up network to both our RX's.

I was trying to find out if the 7170's were supported for HP_UX, apparently not, everything but HP_UX. I'll have to see if the cards in our N classes are supported when we shut them down for good in a couple of weeks.

Got a supported nic matrix that made for interesting reading, along with the column with the pricing. The prices were a shock. Will need one for the next phase once the new netback gets up and running.
