      <description>hi, i need help.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;i have modify all pv assigned in the server&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;the run command pvchange -t 90&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I can this change whit the sistem up (active) or do have downtime the sistem???&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi Eli,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;pvchange with -t parameter is used to set IO timeout, u can change this parameter run time.&lt;BR /&gt;NO down time required for this.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this solves ur query.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards&lt;BR /&gt;Vishnu Khandare</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Pv change is used define io time out.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;if you set it as 90&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;the vg will wait upto 90 seconds before changing status of pv.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;you can change this paramete online.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;pvchange -t 90 /dev/dsk/disk25&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;for more details refer&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://docs.hp.com/en/B2355-90681/pvchange.1M.html" target="_blank"&gt;http://docs.hp.com/en/B2355-90681/pvchange.1M.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Chandra</description>
