Array accelerator is disabled.

Hi everyone.
RX2660 server running HP-UX 11.23. Server found in hanged stat and after a TOC, server failed to boot and below error was generated.
"HP Smart Array P400 controller 1797 disk array. Array accelerator Read error occurred. Array accelerator is disabled."
Need help to diagnose the issue.

Salam Abid,

It seems that Array controller is out of order. The better way is to log the case with HP for further support.

Check these out;
#/usr/sbin/cpqacuxe -stop (stopping)
#/usr/sbin/cpqacuxe -R (restarting-as Remote Enable)
#/usr/sbin/cpqacuxe â d (Remote disable)

"Array accelerator" is the term for cache module. It seems the cache module is failed. You can try to remove cache module and boot the system.

Cache module is failed.
Replacement is recommended.
