      <description>Sure.  When mounting just be sure to use the IP address of the 2nd NIC from the NFS client rather than the primary.</description>

      <description>It totally depends on the requirement ,that  how much  I/Os goes over NFS, if you want to&lt;BR /&gt;separate the network load over NFS you may use a dedicated subnet but your clients must have&lt;BR /&gt;access.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;if you need to bind that lan with a new name&lt;BR /&gt;yes you may make the entry in the /etc/hosts&lt;BR /&gt;file on either side other wise nfs mounts &lt;BR /&gt;works with IP as well.</description>
