I permanently deleted some files from my recycle bin and now I need those files back, is there any way to undelete permanently files?

if you are talking about a PC, then you need to look into Norton Utilities.

In general, the answer to that question is to restore from backup.

In addition to what Clay wrote: backup is something you have to do *before* deleting files ;-)
