      <description>Has anybody seen this message before?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Convert &lt;WWN&gt; To h/w path: &lt;DRV_CB&gt; = &lt;E00000013F952040&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Returning Success !&lt;BR /&gt;Convert &lt;WWN&gt; To h/w path: hw_path = 3/0/12/1/0/4/0.6.22.0.0.0.3&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Appears every 12 hours on syslog. The machine is ok, but the H/W path correspond to the only disk on vg00 and it's a symmetrix disk.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;/WWN&gt;&lt;/E00000013F952040&gt;&lt;/DRV_CB&gt;&lt;/WWN&gt;</description>

      <description>Shalom cesar,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've seen something similar when a disk was offline for some reason due to business or timeout and it became responsive again.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is the disk very busy?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>

The HW path 3/0/12/1/0/4/0.6.22.0.0.0.3 correspond to c9t0d3.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
