As asked above -- Was this disk part of a mirror?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What type of server is this in?&amp;nbsp; Is it a disk in the server itself or is the disk in some kind of disk array or enclosure?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HP-UX 11.31&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Disk was replaced. Only one FS on vg01 has problem mounting:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;mount /u01&lt;BR /&gt;UX:vxfs mount: ERROR: V-3-21268: /dev/vg01/u01 is corrupted. needs checking&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;fsck -F vxfs -o full -y /dev/vg01/ru01&lt;BR /&gt;fileset 999, invalid magic number in primary IAU 298&lt;BR /&gt;log replay in progress&lt;BR /&gt;fileset 999, invalid magic number in primary IAU 298&lt;BR /&gt;no valid ILISTs for fileset 999&lt;BR /&gt;UX:vxfs fsck: ERROR: V-3-25758: cannot re-initialize aggregate after replay&lt;BR /&gt;file system check failure, aborting ...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Is File system is on mirror copies, ? or you need to restore the data from the backup</description>
