Dear All,

I have worked on HPUX 11.11...So I am femiliar with that....I have some doubts on VG properties.

1)In hpux 11.11, PV size can be maximum 2TB (With PE size 32 MB and No of PEs 65536), Is it changed in 11.23 and 11.31?

2)In hpux 11.11, If a VG is created with 100GB Physical disk, then all other physical disks in that VG size should be also 100GB, If we are adding a phyical disk with more than 100GB to that VG, then only 100GB will be taken. Is it changed in 11.23 and 11.31?

3)What is difference between VG version 1.0 and 2.0?

4)Which version of HPUX OS are supporting VG 1.0?

5)Which version of HPUX OS are supporting VG 2.0?

6)Advantages of VG 2.0?
