Hopefully this is an easy question. What is the procedure for ordering Core O/S cd's on/line. For both 11.00 and 10.20.

To order software, log into the ITRC.
Select the Maintenance/Support tab from the left.
Select Updates (Software Update Manager).
Under Software Updates on Contract - By Individual Product

There will be a section that states "The following updates are related to your Product List".

Under this section, you should see a link for Extension Media and Operating System Media, for 10.20 and 11.0.

Follow the links to place your order.

If you do not have this section, you will need to speak with Contracts for assistance.

If you have a software support contract with HP you can order both HPUX 10.20 and 11 for FREE from ITRC: http://us-support2.external.hp.com/common/bin/doc.pl/forward

Select Software Update Manager (SUM) and follow the menus.
