Hi,

You have got a faulty disk c1t2d0. Log a call to HP-CRC, check next link for your number,

Hi.

I install HP-UX 11i on L2000 server.
On installation report error message.

The same as error report.
-------------------------------------------
The diagnostic logging facility has started receiving excessiv errors from the I/O subsystem.
I/O error entries will be lost until the cause of the excessive I/O logging is corrected.
If the diaglogd daemon is not active, use the Daemon startup command in stm to start it.
If the diaglogd daemon is active, use the logtool utility in stam to determine which I/O subsystem is logging excessive errors.

LVM:vg[0]:pvnum=0 (dev_t=0x1f012000) is POWERFAILED.
---------------------------------------------

what is the problem?
I guess that disk fault.
you tell me~~
thank you

Yes, it looks like a disk down. First thing is to check if all existing disks match what the OS can see. Run "ioscan -fnkC disk" and see if the output is what you expected. For disk sizes, type "diskinfo /dev/rdsk/c_t_d_" for each disk. If you've inserted new disks and the c_t_d_ does not appear yet, run "insf -e" to create these devices.
