WU-FTPD 2.6.1 Special Release

Hi,

I've installed wu-ftpd and I was about to test but the ftp binary doesn't seem to support ftp -z

I've had a look in the depot for WU-FTPD 2.6.1 special release but it didn;t have an update for the /usr/bin/ftp binary.

Has anyone come accross this issue when using the wu-ftpd 2.6.1 depot

wu-ftpd is the FTP server: it has nothing to do with FTP client software.

If you're running HP-UX 11.31, you'll need patch PHNE_39072 or a newer patch that supersedes it to get SSL/TLS functionality in the command-line FTP client.

To get patches from HP, you'll need a support agreement: HP does not give HP-UX patches for free any more.
