We have to disable bin adm lp users as per auditor,

is it safe to do it ??

What exactly do you / the auditor mean by "disable"?

Those users typically are already disabled when the OS is installed because they have an invalid password assigned and you cannot login to the directly.

REcently VAPT was carried out for our setup , where they have raised a point ,

"Generic user accounts hsould be disabled " like bin , adm, lp
