Need Help!!

In the last few months, we have a problem with one of our printers on unix.

Usually, when users scan boxes prints it is printed on PRT20L printer. However, over the last 1 month, we see that the print jobs are struck in the print Queue. When i disable/enable the print queue, everything works normally.

Have tried spooler restart and dont see any change.

Can somebody help me on this.

Thanks

Ram
