Error on MP console

Hello Expert ,

While login into the server with MP IP ,i am geting the below error.

GenericSysName [HP Release B.11.31] (see /etc/issue).

Request you to please suggest me on this.

This isn't an error this is just the contents of /etc/issue.

/etc/issue is usually displayed when a connection is started but before the login request is displayed. It is used typically to identify the server, usually the hostname is enough. Additional details such as the OS (HP-UX) and version (11.31) is too much information and makes the server less secure.
