System Management Home Page login

Hi all,
I can connect my HP-UX B.11.23 server by the URL ‘https://ipaddress:2381’ . But the problem is I couldn’t able to login as an ordinary user to this SMH page (now I can login as root only). Could you please tell me how I can login as an ordinary user through this System Management Home Page…..?
(Decent points assured).

The root user is enabled by default.
You need to setup other users via the settings page within the smh.

The path is

settings -> System Management Homepage -> Security -> User Groups
