Tar back up error

Hi all,

i have two prduction appliaction servers. we tried taking tar back up got the uploaded error.
please suggest how to solve the problem.

What OS and version are you using?

tar is the wrong tool if you want to save your ACL entries. The best you can do is "A" to suppress these warnings.
