UTILD spawning message in syslog

Been getting the following message repeatedly on some of our servers.

syslog: utild: Internal error: free memory reading seems to be wrong.

I have tried re-spawning the utild process, but does not correct. any ideas would be appreciated.

Upgrade to the latest version of utild from software.hp.com
Just search for utild and download the latest version (A.01.08.09.00 for 11.31)

The utilization provider utild has a history of issues with CPU and memory problems.
