Update firmware for HPA5236A : how to enable this menu

Hi all,

i tried to update this FC firmware from HP04 to HP10 by using stm, but when i enter the menu "tools > firmware update > run", but i cannot run that option. the menu is not active (disable)
so, how can i activate this menu in order to update the firmware.

Mike,
you can get temporary password to enable this item. Please call your local HP office and ask for, let's say, 2 day password and firmware image file.
Do not forget to make data backup before proceeding with upgrade. Just to be sure you're safe

thanks a lot on your advice.
i thought this menu is enable by default because i don't even expect this restriction on some of the stm menus.
