    <description>I'm having a problem using an ignite installation on an A180 to ignite an A500.  I have attached the errors that i am receiving, but, it appears to get through the swinstall of the process, but dies on the subsequent reboot.  I receive the following errors (horked.txt) and then the machine reboots, going into a vicious cycle of error, reboot, error, reboot.  Any help would be appriciated.</description>

      <description>I think you are going to be better off installing the OS from scratch on the A500.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You problem almost surely stems from the fact that the A180 supports ONLY the 32-bit version of HP-UX and the A500 supports ONLY the 64-bit version of HP-UX.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;See here for the HP-UX 11.x 32/64 bit server support list:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://devresource.hp.com/STK/serversupport.html" target="_blank"&gt;http://devresource.hp.com/STK/serversupport.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Therer is NO way to get around this other than to install the OS on the A500 from scratch.</description>
